Saturday night, I ate the best triggerfish I’ve ever had in my entire life…and I swear that’s not the alcohol talking. My mission is to figure out how to make this dish. The fish was simply grilled and served atop a bed of vegetables that were so thinly cut, they looked like angel hair pasta…the broth had a touch of mint and the faintest taste of honey…it was seriously the best triggerfish preparation I’ve ever encountered. I will figure this dish out and hopefully I’ll keep all of my fingers in one piece while preparing the veggies!!
